Shipping Policy

Available US shipping services and their costs are calculated in checkout for the address and cart submitted.

Preparation followed by transit

Successful payment authorization is followed by approximately 1–2 business days of order preparation. After the parcel leaves us, estimated transportation is another 4–6 business days. Those estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays and may change when a carrier is disrupted.

Tracking support

Verify every destination field before payment. If tracking stops updating, a package cannot be found or an item arrives damaged, write to dxbbnamaloom@gmail.com with the order reference and tracking number. Save the carton, contents and relevant photographs.
